Auf das 22.04-Runner-Image wechseln

Im 24.04-Image schlagen auf diesem Runner Syscalls fehl, die neuere Programme benutzen: actions/checkout starb mit 'read ENOTCONN', rsync bricht mit 'pipe: Permission denied' ab.
